  • The starter guide by e-mail
    • The starter guide is an e-mail with all the important information about the event & your bib. It will be sent out approx. 10 days before the event.
    • Please note: The starter guides are sent out in stages, so don't worry if you receive the email later than your colleague.
    • To pick up your bib number at the RUNNER EXPO, you must present your registration/payment confirmation or the starter guide.
    • Please bring the starter guide digitally with you to the RUNNER EXPO and allow sufficient time. It is not necessary to print out the starter guide. Together we can thus avoid over 20,000 printouts and make a further, ecologically valuable contribution.
  • Passing on the bib
    • Passing on the race number is only permitted if an official start number transfer is made and the new person is registered with this number.
    • Passing on the race number without an official transfer (= transfer to a new person) is FORBIDDEN.

Why am I not allowed to simply give my race number to someone else?

    • In the event of a (medical) emergency, the wrong contact persons / family members will be informed or the wrong medical records will be consulted.
    • The new person runs in the wrong age or even gender category.
    • The ranking list is manipulated based on the wrong people.
    • Fellow runners are cheated out of their place (up to the category podium).

    Consequences

    • The original and the new person will be disqualified immediately and deleted from the ranking list.
    • Both persons will be excluded from further events.
    • Further consequences may be imposed by the organiser in accordance with the offence.
